AG Should Resign Bawah Mogtari Reacts to Judges Recuse Advice

Joyce Bawah Mogtari, special aide to former President John Mahama, has called for the resignation of Attorney-General Godfred Yeboah Dame following the trial judge's advice in the Ato Forson ambulance case.
A High Court Judge, Justice Afia Serwah Asare-Botwe, has advised the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame, to recuse himself from the ambulance procurement case involving Dr Cassiel Ato Forson and Richard Jakpa.
Reacting to this, Madam Mogtari took to her X handle and wrote:
Should Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame not find refuge in the guidance of the Judge, having literally crossed the red line and brought the unusually mute Ghana Bar Association (GBA) into utter chaos.
For the very first time in the annals of our nascent Democracy, an Attorney General of Ghana has been directed by Court to recuse himself from a trial.
This must certainly be causing some serious ripples in the corridors of power. AG Dame should resign honorably, no dishonorably I beg your pardon. This dishonorable, deplorable conduct should not be tolerated MiLady.
