In 2019, actor Kwaku Manu admitted to cheating on his wife multiple times during an interview with Delay.
In what appeared to be a justification for his behavior, the Kumawood actor claimed there is nothing wrong with a man cheating on his partner, adding that men are naturally built to do so.
He emphasised that it is challenging for any man to remain faithful to his wife, noting that 9 out of 10 men are unfaithful in their relationships.
"I cheated on my wife multiple times and I am not scared to admit it. The last time I cheated on her was two years ago, that's all I can say. I can't spill all my escapades here, there's no need. Cheating on my wife isn't a bad thing, that's how men are built. The truth is bitter and we don't want to admit it. Out of ten men, 9 of them cheat on their partners.
"I am even better than other men these days. As men, the temptations we face are not easy, it can get really crazy. Even angels couldn't stand the temptation. God sent 200 angels to earth on a mission, and when they met the women here, none of them went back, they succumbed to these women."
Asked if his wife was in the known, he stated, "She knows, I opened up to her about it."
