Valentino Nii Noi Nortey Cuts Sod For New Astroturf In Adabraka

The 2024 parliamentary candidate of the New Patriotic Party (N.P.P) for Klottey Korle constituency Valentino Nii Noi Nortey today, officially cut the sod for the construction of an Astroturf at 'Nii Amugi Avenue School' in Adabraka; a suburb in Accra. He said it was a joy to see this finally become reality after long and loud calls for astroturfs in the area.
Speaking at the sod-cutting ceremony today at 'Nii Amugi Avenue School' in Adabraka, Valentino Nii Noi Nortey expressed his joy, yet, highlighted the importance of completing the project in time for usage. "I am very happy, but I will be extremely happy when the astroturf is completed, and all the other renovation works, for us to hand it back to the municipality and the community after adopting it for this period", he said.
Valentino Nii Noi Nortey added that though the astroturf was part of his plan after adopting the school as a development facilitator, it was also part of government's larger initiative to encourage sports among the youth in Ghana.
Present at the brief ceremony amongst others were the Municipal Chief Executive of Klottey Korle constituency Hon. Samuel James Nii Agyei Tawiah, the Adabraka Atukpai Mantse Nii Tetteh Adjabeng, and the Headmaster for 'Nii Amugi Avenue School' Mr. Moses Agbanyo.Josephine Acheampomaa
