If The Fundamentals Are Weak Your E gate Will Expose You Mahama Mocks Bawumia

The flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama, has thrown what can be described as a mockery to the NPP flagbearer, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia over the failure of the e-gate to open for him when he was launching E-gate at the airport yesterday.

Addressing the chiefs and the people of Esaase Bontefufuo in the Manso Nkwanta constituency in the Ashanti Region, Mr Mahama indicated that, Dr Bawumia during the E-Gate launch at the airport was exposed by his digitalisation which has lately become a food he eats.

It would be recalled that yesterday, vice President Dr Bawumia launched an E-gate system at the airport, however, in an attempt to demonstrate how the E-Gate system works, the NPP flagbearer, Dr Bawumia, swiped his Ghana card on the electronic pad in order to have access to a pass through the E-gate, but failed to operate. 

Reacting to this, Mr Mahama said Dr Bawumia can persist his propaganda with digitalisation, but “if the fundamentals are weak, the E-Gate will expose him.”

“The digital gates didn’t open for the digital man, you can do all the propaganda with the digitalization you like, if the fundamentals of the digitalization are weak, the digital gates will expose you”, -Mr Mahama said.

Taking a swipe at the effectiveness of the Ghana card as a passport document, Mr Mahama said he at one time had to use his Ghana card to travel but was denied access because of the Ghana card.Salaamat Kuukua Paintsil, Peace FM
